Examination & Promotion
The child’s name will not be registered for admission unless the under mentioned information’s are furnished by parents,
(a) The birth registration certificate and T.C. in original, is required for admission. No changes in the date of birth will be permitted later, under any circumstances.
(b) Three recent, passport sized photographs are needed at the time of the admission.
Admission to the Play Group is generally given to the students who has attain the age of 3+ at the commencement of the academic year.
The child must qualify the prescribed minimum standards in the admission test, to be eligible for the admission in the next class.
Recommendation to admit the child who has not the qualified in the admission test will not be entertained.
The school reserves the right of refusing admission/re-admission without assigning any reason for the same.
On submitting the Admission Form a date will be given for appearing in the entrance test.
Promotion of your ward to the next class will depend on the average marks attained and his/her performance in assignments written, projects, oral, periodical tests, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual examination to attain the next class. A student must attain at least 40% marks in each subject for promotion.
A candidate failing one subject may be granted promotion, provided he/she obtains at least 33% average marks in each subject and 40% marks aggregate.
A student who remains absent for any assessment no provision will be made for his/her supplementary tests.
A student who has failed, there shall be conducted no re-examination or promotion on trial.
The assessment made by the teacher and checked by the principal will be final.
No student will be permitted to appear for Annual Examination unless his/her fees is cleared upto date. No T.C. shall be issued to defaulters.
